Early Life[]
Hermann Gottlieb was born the son of famous German Engineer, Lars Gottlieb and his wife. Hermann would grow-up with three other siblings and would be the victim of bullying, due to his constant studying and intelligence.
His father wanted him to be an engineer like him, but Hermann was more skilled in abstract mathematics, biology, and zoology.
He would get a full scholarship to Oxford University in England, which he was both happy about, but also nervous about due to having to tell his father. He would eventually tell his father about Oxford and was surprised when he approved stating that if he wants to be biologist and zoologist that he can, citing that its his life.
Hermann would attend Oxford and would complete his courses when he turned 20. During his time in Oxford he would meet and begin dating a woman known as Vanessa Essex, who was an aspiring model. The relationship began when they met through a mural friend for a blind date. At first Hermann thought she was out of his league, but she would tell him that she wanted a mature relationship and wanted someone who would treat her like a person then a trophy. Hermann would learn during his time at Oxford about the Kaiju known as Godzilla and would become fascinated by it and begin to want to join the Kaiju organization known as Monarch. He would apply to the Monarch Academy of Francisco and would be accepted shortly after. He would continue his relationship with Vanessa telling her he would stay in contact with her and any time he had free would be for her.
